Catalyst helps customers to plan and design their solutions in a way that meets their needs and goals. Catalyst can act as a Senior-level Solutions Architect for an organization that needs such expertise.

    Professional Services is a different service model that delivers project-based solutions to customers. Silvr would bring in a team or resources to help lead or augment an organization's technical initiative. Professional Services work requires a Statement of Work (SOW) and scoping activities to define the project's scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget. Professional Services can help customers with specific technical challenges like software development, data analysis, or system integration.

  • Hiring a full-time senior-level architect or engineer is very expensive. You may have to pay more than $175,000 per year, plus benefits, and they are hard to find. Moreover, you may not always need their services, so you waste money on idle hours.

  • Our services include:
